I started my wellness journey 14 years ago when a family member was diagnosed with a serious health condition. This lead me to researching complementary healing modalities and ways of living a more clean and natural life.  I have delved into the realms of herbalism, aromatherapy and have found my calling with reflexology!

 

My certifications include:  Certified Foot Reflexology Therapist and am Registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), Certified Aromatherapist with the Aromahead Institute which is approved by two national organizations, NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy) and AIA (Alliance of International Aromatherapists) and Certified Indian Head Massage Practitioner.

I am excited to be offering reflexology on a part-time basis and am looking forward to making it my full-time practice. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the benefits reflexology brings to my clients.

I live in the country, just minutes outside of the lovely town of Elmvale, Ontario with my two beautiful boys, loving and supportive husband and crazy dog!
